AMATOR is what its founder calls a hjemme spisested, a "home dining room." It is the work of Mati Pichci — a story that is the Culinary Voyage made flesh. Born in Poland, he arrived in Copenhagen to work at Noma. Years at the city's culinary institutions followed, and between them: the omelettes, cooked as pop-ups across the world, from Copenhagen into the kitchens of Tokyo and Kyoto, turning every place into ingredients.

Every plate is intentional, disciplined, and quietly expressive. The principle is a curated selection of dishes centered all around the egg, chosen with the same care that defines the kitchen itself. Refined, youthful, and unmistakably committed to quality.

The collection finds its perfect setting — in colour as much as in silhouette — within the room designed by wiercinski-studio. It lives in warm tones of grey, brown, and white, in natural and classic textures, with sharp colour highlights set as contrast.
